TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking

Every booking will be forwarded to the corresponding venue via birchlands agency ltd. Once contracts have been signed you will be bound by the terms and conditions of the venue.   This also applies to any accommodation booked.


Venue and Accommodation Contract and Payment

100% of all venue and accommodation bookings must be made in advance of the date of arrival.  Unless otherwise agreed with the venue provider.


Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the venue.  You will be liable for loss of revenue to birchlands agency ltd.  This figure will be made clear by birchlands agency ltd. 


Information on Revocation Rights

You can revoke your registration with birchlands agency at any time. Please send an according e-mail
